Pappas MacDonnell branding
After 6 years as creative director at Pappas MacDonnell, I led a complete re-branding effort. We re-focused our messaging strategy, re-designed our identity, and re-did just about everything else.
Liberty Mutual
To be competitive with tech-savvy startups outside their traditional space in auto and home, Liberty Mutual needed a different approach. So we collaborated with their innovation incubator, Solaria Labs, on rapid development of a new insurance brand and platform.
Panasonic

Sustainable Westport
After winning a local logo contest, I was happy to volunteer my time supporting Sustainable Westport. I designed a new web site and email template, then helped launch a town-wide composting effort.
Access Health CT
In just 9 months, we went from nothing to a full identity, web site, storefronts, and an extensive 360 degree marketing campaign. We enrolled over 200,000 people (more than double our goal) and increased awareness by 132%.
Delta Airlines
In my years working with Delta Airlines, I led teams redesigning airport check-in kiosks, the in-flight entertainment interface, and delta.com – including the entire booking path.
Chief Canine Officers
As part of Pappas MacDonnell’s social presence, we featured our favorite office friends. Do posts about dogs generate more engagement than posts about marketing? Um…yes.
Identity design
A handful of the many brands I’ve created over the years. Nothing better than starting with a blank sheet of paper and creating something new.
